The shadow election conducted by the All Progressives Congress (APC), for its sole candidate for the Speaker of the House of Representatives is currently facing allegations of inducement. This is just as it was gathered that former Governor of Lagos State and one of the national leaders of the APC, Asiwaju Ahemd Tinubu may have relocated to Abuja in an effort to ensure the election of one of his political godsons Hon Femi Gbajabiamila as Speaker on Tuesday.
Tinubu is also believed to have open up channels of discussions and dialogue with state caucuses of the opposition PDP members with a view to break their ranks since the PDP members constitute a strong base for Dogara’s aspiration for Speakership.
Per Second News gathered from some sources close to some of the members-elect that a top member of the party pumped in money that was used to induce members of the APC National Working Committee (NWC) led by the party’s national chairman chief John Oyegun.
Information pieced together by Per Second News point to a direction that about N2 billion may have exchange hands between one of the national leaders of the party allegedly from the South-west zone and party officials on one side and members-elect on the other.
One of the members told our correspondent on condition of anonymity that; “We were promised $5000 each to vote for Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila in the mock election. We were equally told that each member will be given another $5000 ahead of the Tuesday’s election.
”It was gathered that money was shared to both members-elect of the 8th House and national leadership of the party on Friday night ahead of the Saturday mock election

You give your enemy a weapon, be rest assured he will attack you. I'm not surprised PDP is cooking different propaganda to further denigrate the leadership of the APC.

But you wouldn't blame them, would you?? If the HOR members-elect hadn't acted like "spoilt kids", PDP wouldn't have had the opportunity to cook up propagandas.
