It may not be illegal but aiding a scammer is totally wrong and ungodly. Allah says, Q 5 vs 2, (Help you one another in virtue, righteousness and piety; but do not help one another in sin and transgression). He may even come back to scam you or one of your relatives.

In Nigeria, the police even go as far as arresting the webhosts(If Nigerian.). Talkless of the web developer. If you have to out of being broke or something, better make sure you're both untraceable to the hosting service and the scammer client. Else get your mind ready for a jail term of nothing less than 6 months.

yes it is... selling a car is analogous to selling a website... you, the seller, cant possibly know what every action of the person once they buy an item from you. The item could be a car, gun, website, knife -- all legal items. You cant control how someone later uses these items.

The seller (@op) should take the money and kick the moral police in the face, unless @op is compelled by an authoritative entity to cease operation. But unless that happens, keep selling websites.

Stop, it is perfectly LEGAL for fast food operations to sell you unhealthy, arteries-clogging food. They have the OPTION, but not legally compelled, to respond to public pressure which affects their profits not their moral compass.

Poster. Is it right for Julius Berger to build houses and hand over the keys to government officials as gifts. Is it right for banks to take billion naira deposits from government officials earning regular salaries. Is it right for custom officers to auction contraband goods meant for destruction.
