Hmmm we are gradually getting there.
If we consume 40million daily and our refineries can produce 19million is a v good headway.
Let now focus on power,I'm sure if we have electricity 24/7 our daily consmption will be reduced to 18million and we will have an excess of 1million.
Try fix electricity and see.the offices,factories and homes consume more than the cars on the roads.

But what i don't still under is some idiots will still complain on this progress,something their man never did. Not the same as the NNPC refineries.

I don't even know why NNPC is still in operation - it's not as if they do anything positive. Clearly there is no value for money to be found there.
