In my former Redmi phones, my battery life decreased with each update and I lost some features which I really loved to have.

MIUI updates tell me every feature I should be expecting, unlike Android updates.
So it's easier for me to know if it's worth staking my battery life

Okay... Well on Android 12 and 13 you won't have the SOT chart in the battery usage information. This is one thing I had during the days of Android 11. I discovered a slight decrease in battery life when I updated to android 12, but that has been corrected in the Android 13 update. Now I'm on Android 13 MIUI 14 and it's cool. The only disadvantage is that I can no longer copy hacked or modded games files into Android/Obb or Data. Google put a struck restriction on Android 13.

I've been experiencing the same, I've done all I know to do but failed to fix it. Even YouTube is not helping, nothing is working.

I am probably using a fake Android 13 then because I have been copying and even zipping folders in my data folder and moving them out.

I have been using Android 13 since March by the way.

After downloading a 3.2GB ROM update file from miui.com, I want to install it and it's now calling it an unofficial ROM package. Meanwhile it is the right one I'm sure.

yeah I granted access and all that, I used CX file explorer and Google files but the phone still dey speak English. But nevertheless if the android 13 update pops up on my Redmi 10 C I'll still update it. If the issue starts I'll enter YouTube and find a way around it.

Okay bro. I play Call of duty, Efootball 23, Need for speed and a few others. Although I've not gotten the update prompt on my own phone yet. It's the 4GB/128GB variant.

I copy in and out of my data folder. MIUI will only prompt you to use Google files or you have an option of using third party file managers like Solid Explorer, MiXplorer etc.

Guy I'm facing this issue on a friend's Tecno spark 10. I've tried it all.

I've been dating this girl for about 3yrs. Initially it was sweet and rosy untl she cheated. Leave it. Whatever issue you face now will be resolved by updates with time. To downgrade is a hectic and dangerous process, if anything goes wrong your phone will be hardbricked.

This were things my mom told me during the adolescent years. But I'm beginning to doubt them, I'm a 29 year old guy and still a virgin. For those of us using the swipe gesture instead of the conventional gesture settings mode... The recent Xaomi software update had been utter nonsense on Redmi 10c.


The swipe up to minimise function has been acting up, you will have to lock and unlock device almost all the time for it to work.

Really? I'm not experiencing anything of such on my Redmi 10 C. I'm on MIUI 13.0.6 Global.
