Hi guys, got my redmi 10c about a week now. Discovered it came with 10w charger. That's not d issue now. I saw that the phone takes close to 3hrs to charge when it's off,. But when it's on it charges 2-3 percent in 1hr. Like 1
F*cking hr.. and when I off d phone to charge, the battery percentage suddenly increases. I don't know what to do.. do I return d phone... Can I exchange it for another one. Is it s factory defect. Pls I need answers

Your phone is fine, just update it and you'll be fine. I faced the same issue but after the software update everything became normal.

I don't think the data base regarding 10c is updated.
Try using another Cpu app.

Oh I see, then even the apps shouldn't be trusted then since it cannot automatic detect what the hardware is but rather rely on some database update first.

Hi people, please I noticed that my phone (Redmi 10c ) doesn't charge up to 100% whenever I plugged it while it's on. I'll be seeing 48 or 51 after so many hours. But when I reboot the phone I'll see it charged at 100%. I've done factory reset but it didn't solve the issue. What could the problem please?
