From what I gathered from their engineer on site, drains will be ripped out and reconstructed as has already begun. As of today they've all been desilted and waste disposed.

My brother no be lie, ESPECIALLY in Aba. Every drain is blocked with waste, though a team have started cleaning all of them out. But they need to start imposing some penalties if caught throwing waste in the drains.

I am so excited that Aba is finally getting attention it was criminally denied.
However, only [size=15pt]GUTTERS[/size] on both sides of the road can save whatever effort they are making.

Without the determination to build gutters on that road is like putting a plaster on a bleeding bullet wound. It won't do much in the end.
