From the title of your post, it sounds like you want to keep the baby. Don't let anyone force or coerce you into doing something that you don't want to do. You're not the first person to get pregnant during a period of financial constraint, so I'd advise you to keep your baby.
Is it that your bf does not have a job or he's just going through a bad phase? Can't you set up a little business for yourself? Can't you beg you mom and sis to help you out? And it's never too late to go back to school
I'd tell you to go with your mind. Since your intuition tells you that something bad will happen in the future if you go through abortion,pls don't do it.

I'm 20 years of age and my guy is 31. We've been dating for 6years now. Three weeks ago, i found out that i was pregnant. I told my guy and he said i shuld keep it. But my elder sister and my mum wouldnt let me keep it on the basis that i havent gone to school ( tertiary) and i dont have any business doing at hand. And worse of all, my boyfriend isnt fianancially bouyant of taking care of himself not to talk of another extra 2 mouths. I'm having this feeling that if i abort it, i would face the consequences severely in life. Please help me nairalanders. This is for real.
