Being a Nairaland Oldie.
I do know how things go around here and it is understandable that a lot of things have changed. Change itself is a constant thing.

Not too long ago, we all noticed Irene openly and repeatedly showed Nairaland's founder the "Green light".

Obviously and not surprisingly, Seun took no action which is understandable.

It is Natural for Irene to feel bad about this but the dude cannot be blamed either.

Some ladies are naturally vocal and they are not shy to go after a handsome bloke they admire.

It is also very natural for any dude to feel* awkward about a girl chasing them.

So what advice do I have for Irene.

1. Do not dwell too much on your physical attributes. It is true that men are moved by what they see. While some men see only with their natural eyes, others see with both their physical and "minds" eye. This is why intelligent ladies tend to be more attractive to this set of men.

2. Don't be too fixated. This is an advice I got from a very beautiful German girlfriend of mine. I got stuck up with her while. She already moved on. In essence what she was telling me was that there are a thousand fishes in the Ocean. The same also goes for ladies like Irene.

3. Heaven only helps those who help themselves. This figuratively means you should build yourself up. Because a guys is all that doesn't mean you can't be even better. Look at Mo Abudu, look at Linda Ikeji. I have a hundred other successful and beautiful women I could name and they all achieved that with hard work and grace.

4. Be more social. Don't look down on other blokes because they aren't as successful. You never know where a helping hand may come from.
