Goodday Gurus in the house,pleases is it advisable to always put ordinary water inside the radiator or to continue with the greenish water that came with the vehicle when it was purchased  ? |

Men for over 3 years now I have been using correct tap water o and my car has been serving me. |

Water boils at 100 C so do you think its proper to cool a combustion engine with water? To also protect against rust of you engine parts invest in the recommended coolant after all it lasts for a couple of years before you change. 1 Like |

You can just use the toyota green or the more expensive red with water mix... |

epidi:Use the green total coolant .The recommended coolant for Rav4 is a coolant containing more than 50% ehtylene-glycol . Total coolant fall into the category. 2 Likes |
