The only thing i dislike about ghanaian soups is voluminous quantity it is dished unto a plate. And the fact that up to 4 people can share that plate with their bare hands. yuck.

then u are lucky oo, some people jux eat small and they gain weight....u have lucky genes, for the food i would have prepared jollof rice with vegetables, meat, sausage and egg for u but since ahuofe is addicted to kenkey, i will grind pepper, add veggies, smoke tilapia for u, add shito and then go buy u some nice heavy fante kenkey. will that be okay?
