Yes the University is a culprit in this issue but are you telling me that those EDUCATED students cannot AT LEAST clean up their environment? huhhuhsee how they are comfortably living in absolute murk. Waiting for the day the University will come to renovate and clean the place. This is exactly a microcosm of what happens in Nigeria at large.

SEE IDIOTS AND MUMU ORGANIZERS

I was curious and Googled : "SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY COMPETITIONS IN NIGERIA" I saw NOTHING. I MEAN, NOTHING.

We have HACK-A-THON & OTHER TECH. COMPETITIONS. Seriously, am sorry to say : WE ARE FOOLS IN NIGERIA. If a University couldn't organize science & technology competition, how much more dunces like this?

ABU guys built crap, y'all celebrated them. Olamide sang trash in BOBO, you rooting for him. Alot of are foolish and restricted to bad & lower quality stuffs.

If ABU guys had HOT competitors, they would do better. But since nobody does anything, they rest on their oars. IF WE HAD SCIENCE & TECH COMPETITIONS LIKE WE ARE HAVING FOR DANCING AND SINGING TRASH, we would be better.

Recently, I saw an advert on campus saying : UPLOAD 30 SECS OF YOU DANCING ON INSTAGRAM. TAG @OLAMIDE @ORISHAFEMI & THE VIDEO WITH THE HIGHEST LIKES WINS AN iPHONE 6+. YES, 6+. I was like : NOBODY SAID : Solve a fourier series and post on INSTAGRAM & WIN iPhone6+. I felt PURE ANGER.

ALL THESE ARE FRIVOLITIES AND WONT TAKE US ANYWHERE. Its not like they are winning grammys with the songs cos ITS MEANINGLESS. Iranu!! Oshi!!

Cc : teempakguy , johnydon22, Queed, robinhez & other scientists.

THIS IS MEANINGLESS.

The money for that land, use it to organize HACK - A - THON. ORGANIZE ENGINEERING CONTESTS.

NA BOBO DEM DEY SING. IDIOTS.
For real bro. I'm sorry for us. Not like we dnt appreciate their efforts in the studio but mehn, all those neva helped anyone. Science and technology is dead in Nigeria. Funny enuf most of the so called developed nations' superiority started from inventions and patenting same. Look at from coca cola to Wright brothers, and so many others too numerous to mention here. It is well, it has to be...
PoliticsRe: Buhari Approves 65 Licences For Private Refineries by 247notire(m): 11:07am On Aug 28, 2015
calebo101:
He admitted that the process took a period of six months, dating back to former President, Goodluck Jonathan’s administration, adding “the process was rigorous as they looked at many issues including, land, investment, technical competence, design and a host of many others.”

So the "clueless" one has been working silently in the background without noise or fanfare?

Honestly Buhari should have a walk in the park governing Nigeria. He doesn't have to do much. Let him just relax and continue GEJ policies because all the sacrifices of Jonathan are already yielding fruits.

We should have been patient with Uncle Jo. He clearly knew what he was doing. From Auto policies to Agricultural growth to improvement in Power generation and modular refineries to spur growth locally. Almajiri Schools, new universities nationwide, FOI bill.

Is it the new airports or the attempts to open the East to the world? Enugu international airport and the commencement of the 2nd Niger bridge? He even impacted on the rail sector smiley. All these in 5 years under war.

If only the demons that control the media don't toy with the uneducated Nigerians. Strangely enough they shout corruption but Transparency international thinks otherwise!!! Our corruption rating has drastically reduced from 1st position during Obasanjo's reign to 43rd under Jonathan!!!

Painful enough Jonathan isn't around to reap the fruits of his labour. All these things he accomplished even when the demons from the North kept terrorising. Something one old fool with otapiapia mouth couldn't achieve in 8 peaceful years!!

God bless you Jonathan. We the simple people who are not sophisticated neither born to rule acknowledge your efforts in building Nigeria. We acknowledge no other president has attempted to tackle Nigeria's multi-faceted issues the way you did.

We only pray your successor can build on your foundation... unless he is a dullard as they say.
Please close this thread Lalasticlala. Nigga has said it all.

If u knw that getting a job is a process then u won't say this. It's a process and of course those that sent theirs early wud be reached as soon as possible. Getting employed is a process which mist times takes a little bit of time. Be patient while still looking for better ones. Gudluck.

I can now see clearly why we have millions of unemployable graduates out there. Graduates that sounds like educated illiterates. What is scam about the post ? I am quite sure most graduates don't know the definition of scam. It is simple, you either apply or you overlook the post and stop passing insult at the op. Until his/her post is proven to be scam, no one has the right to insult him/her. After all, he/she didn't request for money, and if he/she does thereafter, you back out. Simple !!!
Thanks for the comment. Cos of ppl like u I will not be too discouraged to do this next tym.

PoliticsRe: Were People Right About Buhari? by 247notire(m): 6:51am On Aug 28, 2015
My take on this is that Buhari can appoint only northerners if he likes, it wud still not improve the lot of the northerners cos they wud still remain the poorest region in Nigeria. We in the SE have been doin very well even without any govt help. We are innovative hustlers and we mostly succeed at whatever we do. I cnt give myself headache over qho becomes minister and all that BS. It really doesn't reduce the hardship the poor masses face, it doesn't make 1 naira equal to one dollar, it doesn't reduce the price of garri, it doesn't add a kobo to my salary, so IDGAF!
