Funds has been distributed to various federal agencies already... We need to kw what's their next move... I have tried calling the number that called me in February but not picking up. If only the time frame to which the training will commence, one will be at ease... God help us all

Charleslifted gave me a number which I called few minutes ago and the man was bouncing the call. Later he called back and when I asked 'just want to find out when GTP shortlist would be out?' his replied in a haste saying soon, we shall be contacted once it's set.

Please be patient guys Abrahamtaylour is working on trying to get comprehensive details about GTP meanwhile I think whatsapp is an "on point" idea. With that we'll be able to communicate frequently and get updates faster but the challenge is I know there re lots of ppl on this thread that don't post nothing others are careful about putting up their mobile numbers online in a world of fraudsters and scammers so I'd suggest someone... anyone should create a group on whatsapp and be the admini then post his/her number here, then we can save the number in our phones, find the number on whatsapp and ask to join the group.. and we'll live happily ever after

Breaking News: I just had a few chat with the agent that called me the second time from PTDF... According to her, everything is done on set as we are awaiting payment for the program and also to the training institute. You will be call as soon as it is done.
I told her how most of us have abandoned going for Masters, job searching because of this program. With all honesty in her voice and persuasive she assured the program is a priority for PTDF and everything is on set immediately payment is done. Thank you. This programme was developed to promote human capital development in the Nigerian oil and gas industry. The 12-month programme supports manpower development in engineering and geology/geoscience disciplines and equips graduates with vital industry experience.

PETAN has over 50 member companies that provide specialised services to the Nigerian oil and gas industry. The interns who participate in this programme will work in one of PETAN’s member companies for 12 months.

Eligibility Criteria


1. The candidate must be an Engineering or a Geology/Geoscience graduate

2. The candidate must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps year and have the discharge certificate

3. Candidate should not possess more than 3 years’ work experience post-NYSC
