Yes NL shouldn't be blamed for his arrest, Dharniel. Apparently there were eye-witnesses so even if it wasn't tipped off on NL, someone out there will deliver the news to his superiors. Moreso that everyone is trying to be in the good books of the C-in-C (PMB), his superiors will use him as a scapegoat to launch their career in the force.
