Amaechi didn't pay 3 months salary as governor of Rivers state till the day he left. Every civil servant in Rivers state had to resort to self help to make ends meet. Wike came onboard and cleared Amaechi's backlog of salaries. Again Wike has embarked on massive road construction, rehabilitation and maintenance and, the Rivers state judiciary is back on duty. There's no chaos anywhere in the state and we are living peacefully.
