Nigeria coach Shuaibu Amodu is focused on getting all three points out of Sunday's game against Mozambique in Maputo and has put a blanket over anything that might distract his players from the task.

Media were allowed into the Lodge on Monday and Tuesday but official media interviews with players and officials were not allowed.

On Wednesday morning access to the serene Mthunzi Lodge where the players are camped was severely restricted.

Media Officer Idah Peterside explained that the players needed to be focused on the task ahead.

"This is supposed to be a closed camp and the players need to be allowed to concentrate on the task ahead.

"We know how important it is for the media to speak to the players and we are making arrangements to make that happen when we get to Mozambique.

"But for now, we need the players to rest properly and concentrate on how to get the three points from the game,"
