So you're now comparing east weather with that of the north abi? even some parts of Europe can't maintain natural grass not because they are not capable, but because of their weather.

As for the PK, that penalty was a free gift, if they show you the replay 5 times, you won't even spot the infringement. 2 out of the 3 commentators actually thought it was something else the ref blew for.
