Hello house.
Please advise on the step to take. There is a building built to carcass and set for roofing but abandoned for over 5 years and infested with mighty termites houses and big trees but all were cleared within days. Bricklayers were contacted to screed the floor to avoid further tree growths and termites. Within days, 3 miscreants calling themselves Ajagungbale were disturbing and stopped them from working until the owner pays for german floor. They beat them with all sort of things and siezed their working tools. The family that contracted the 3 men to the lands distanced themselves from these acts and asked the Bricklayers to continue working but the 3 men are still threatening and collected money from the artisans. Please advise on legal and effective action to take on these 3 men.

I have spent as much as I intend to for now but I am investing some time on getting good knowledge on types of inverters, batteries, charge controllers and solar panels etc. I don't like being a novice so tay dem give me anything and I don't know if its good value or not. Its too much money to be handing over anyhow.

I was happy with the first phase ie inverter and batteries but not so with the next phase of solar panel and charge controller (looks like old model tokunbo 60 cell solar(he assures me that as a German product it is better than the Chinese version in the market )and quoted 110k charge controller but delivered one for 20k). It has been working okay with no problems but I want a different charge controller.

I did not know enough about them to venture to buy the materials and I have every intention of changing this soonest. I did have the benefit of seeing life for 6 months, with no problems, an installation done for a close relative.

I was impressed with his installers who come across as efficient and know what they are doing and this is extremely important to me.

With the benefit of hindsight I would spend more time finding out re materials such that I am more specific about the spec I want, and make sure I am comfortable with any recommendations.

Its a recommendation of a person i have never met , have only messaged on WhatsApp and phone, was told he is based in ibadan. who was recommended by my brother in law.

Caveat: If you come at me if you do not do your due diligence I go teach you how to woman down.
