Handsomeness was part of the Word that was with God at the beginning and was God, so Jesus was handsome.

Sir ProphetUdeme,
permit me to draw your attention to the fact that the Bible is not as plain as it is written. It takes only the Holy Spirit to reveal hidden truths in the Bible. Therefore when you read, pray for the insight of the Holy Spirit and spend time in meditation.
Also when you read the Bible, endeavour to read the entire CONTEXT and not just the TEXT. NOW back to what you posted.
The Verse in Isaiah53:1-2 has nothing to do with Jesus' physical appearance (ie, if He was ugly or handsome). That verse was a revelation given to Isaiah to fore-tell the PAINS, SUFFERINGs AND REJECTION Jesus would have to go through and endure during his trial and persecution.
It talks about the judgement that God transfered from us to HIM.
Look at Chapter2-3 of that same verse:
''. . . . He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to Him, nothing in His appearance that we should desire Him...
3* He was despised and rejected by mankind......... Like one whom people hide their faces..
Now lets dissect this:
The above verse talks about Jesus' trial when He was being tried by the chief priests, leaders and pharisees (Matthew chapter26-27).
If you've read the Bible, you'll notice that during His trial everyone turned against Him, the people all wanted Him to be killed.(Isaiah53:3* He was despised and rejected by mankind.........)
Even Peter denied Him (Verse3* . . Like one whom people hide their faces.)
Now lets go upwards to Verse2.
''. . . . . .He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to Him''
Now lets dissect:
This verse speaks about his rejection by the people. No one had pity or sympathy on Him ( 'Attract' in the above verse doesn't mean physical appearance, it means SYMPATHY. -To feel a sense of Pity) .
Let me reiterate that on that day He was to be killed, He was beaten and flogged mercilessly.
Completely Covered and drained in blood.
If you're honest, you'll agree that you won't be attracted to someone covered in blood no matter how flawless his previous state was.
(Verse2 *He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to Him.) WHY?
Isaiah 53:5 has the answer.
Because
''He was BRUISED for our transgressions, He was CRUSHED for our inequities: The punishment that brought us peace was on HIM, and by His WOUNDS we are healed''
My friend, someone who has been BRUISED, WOUNDED, PUNISHED and CRUSHED wouldn't be attractive to the eyes.
....
I also want you to Read Verse4 to 12 of Isaiah 53 to know why Jesus had to go through and endure all these things.
Bless you.
