FHC summoned CCB and not CCT,

I wonder where you get your info from. FHC has nothing to do in this case and CCB have no explanation to the FHC judge. Saraki should go to the tribunal and defend himself, there is no where else to go. If the case doesnot favour him, he should head to the appeal court not FHC.

If the FHC judge wants to know about the case he should visit the CCT but not order the CCT chairman to appear before him.

If i were CJN, a panel of investigation will be set up against the FHC judge who obviously overstepped his boundaries embarassing the Judiciary.

The CCB Says its CCT is a court on its own recognized by the Constitution. The High Court has no power over it. Appeals from the CCT goes to the Court of Appeal.

Now is the time for Saraki to go into that ghost mode he always brag about.
