Been wondering, cos most religious preach hate against those who don't trail same line with them. Why?

Religion was invented when the first con man met the first fool.

If u want to "control" people forever:

1.Make them poor
2.Make them uneducated
3.Make them Religious

obviously,it has done more harm.... An example is Islam which supports killing of infidels and other terrorist attacks and inhumane treatment on fellow humans sipmply because they are unbelievers... Then,the silly christians who spend their whole time shouting and jumping in a church expecting wealth when they wont work for it... The only kind of visions christians see are the visions of enemies attacking them,dunno why their god cant show them a cure for aids or a new invention in all their numerous dreams and visions ....

Religion has both helped at the same time marred the world.

We cannot conclusively say religion destroyed the world leaving the good aspects of it.…

Religion has divided and instilled discrimination into some but at some levels it also unites.

It instill greed and unfounded selfishness in some and yet in some in ensures selflessness. . Just like other ideas are prone to being misused, religion also was misused and it's dogmatism made it an enemy of curiosity and Inquisition and at that level made it dangerous to knowledge and intellectual evolution.

Yes religion has been a cause for wars, killings, conflicts and untold violence on the world but let us not forget religion is not the only factor that causes this.

Politics, money, greed, hatred and even a reason as flimsy as women are also factors that have caused similar destruction and havoc on this world.

Religion just like every other ideas has it uses as well as it is smeared it outright absurdity. But still should not also forget good has, still is and can still come out from religions.

If anything one believes in pitches you against other people, life forms and even teaches you abandonment or hatred of this world, such dogma is dangerous and useless to the good of this world and should be discarded.

We all need ourselves and this world to survive, there is no religion, colour, race, class, sex orientation or ethnicity that makes us better than others, we are all deserving of love.
