How time change things. If it's 25yrs ago then I think he was a 'rich-poor man'. That is the 'richest' among poor people.

these type of houses grace the gallery of international monuments because there is a conservative sense over there. i remember the japanese government spending millions to maintain a four hundred years old house that housed their emperor in time of war. i believe this house will be clocking 100yrs now

lol this house is more than 25,it may be built in colonial era by a very powerful chief and am sure its a kitchen or poultry now.
a house is not a waste once its still stands but car,phones and all these latest technology gadgets will soon fade away replaced by modern ones.don't spend money you don't have buying those things only the ones you can truly afford
