Justice Mohammed is known as a judge for hire when fraudulent injuctions are being sought, he granted that stay of proceedings cos he thought it was business as usual..

He has now seen that he has bitten more than his generation can chew, hence his decision to bow out...

If that is the case,why didnt he stop Saraki's trial and subsequent arraignment at the CCT last week!!! You mofos just wont quit making a fool of yourself.

Are you aware the same Justice Ramat Muhammed earlier this year cleared Mr. Saraki of any wrongdoing even as evidence surfaced that the senator had used his protégé, Lai Mahmood Alabi, to wipe away 87% of an unpaid debt to Intercontinental Bank through dubious means?

Of course the CJN would re-allocate the case to another FHC judge, the fact remains however that Justice Mohammed is Saraki's preferred juror based on their precedents.
