Exercise is a physical activity intended to improve strength and fitness - making the body carry out a physical activity which leads to a healthy or healthier level of physical fitness and both mental and physical health. The importance of exercise extend far beyond weight management. Regular physical activities can aid decrease your risk for several diseases, improve your overall quality of life and health condition. Exercise are been carried out for several reasons. Some of them include :

-For fun
-To control body weight
-Socialization
-To strengthen muscle
-Improve the cardiovascular system
-For Competition or athletic skills.
