t the fulani herdsmen are almost everywhere in Nigeria. Their act of impunity has to be dealt with appropriately. These people they cause war everywhere e.g. Benue state, Tarabe, Kwara, etc. Let them go to their state of origin to kill as they are blood thirst. They are satanic and devilish but govt can deal wt dem. Yoruba people shld b patient as they are wise and tolerant. Keep praying to God to visit these wicked people in His anger. They are suspect- Boko Haram sponsors. God wl arrest dem In Jesus name.

Ex-Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Chief Olu Falae

The recent abduction of one of the foremost Yoruba leaders and ex-Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Chief Olu Falae, by suspected Fulani herdsmen took a turn for the worse on Thursday as prominent leaders threatened secession from the entity called Nigeria.

Their grouse ranges from the abduction of Falae and the wanton destruction of his farmland to the need for a serious restructuring of Nigeria to reflect true federalism.

“If we do not see any step in this direction within a reasonable time, the Yoruba may reconsider their place in a union that cannot protect them and would not allow them to protect themselves and use all legitimate and peaceful means to attain self-determination,” part of the communiqué issued at the end of the meetings said.

You are a deluded bastard!

Yorubas are not ibos who don't count the cost before doing anything.

We Yorubas are in Nigeria because we want to. So far so good for us.

The day we get tired, we pull out. And we wont fire one bullet!!

It's time for the OPC to be reawakened to address the Fulani menace. That's it.

LMAO grin grin

You don't seem to realize it

Yoruba, Edo, Ijaw, Igbo, Efik/Ibibio need to work together. .our division is what the north has on us and we put this upon ourselves. .especially igbos who think everybody is out to get them

A southern alliance is necessary not just for secession but even for continued existence in nigeria

Hahahahahahahahaha

Omor you hear that laff? Better forget any form of alliance with the people of the eastern region. We would actually prefer that fulani herdsman that we detest so openly to your brother backstabbers.

Forget talk nicca, we know your people. Any person from this sector that enters into alliance with you guys is on his own.

A single incident won't trigger the whole region. We are a patient and gentle tribe.

But don't let it fool you. The gentility of a tiger is not an act of cowardice.

And as to your question of Agbekoyas. We don have peasant farmers again here in southwest. We have big men farmers.

The union of Nigeria if it is gud to any is the Yoruba no body is afraid or is intimidated by any clamor of sessesion because no region that cannot stands on its on now and no one is parasitic to the other. Rather it's a relationship of mutualism so any region that think is capable of paying the Price of sessesion should try it we shall all tell the story

It's just disheartening how nigerians turn every issue to become either an ethnic issue or a tribal issue or a regional issue, if Falae was abducted during the jonathan era no body would wake up and threaten secession but because a northern president is on board westerners are raising eye browse anyway until we grow past this divisional propaganda we cannot achieve great success in nation building, what would have been the case if he was abducted by his fellow western or south south kidnappers? I remember the anthem in one of its lines says "in love and honesty to grow and live in just and truth" what has happened to this words?

There are better ways to resolve issues than through the barrel of guns. Go and ask Igbos in Ladipo market how far.

Awolowo ended the civil war without a single bullet. Irrespective of the declaration of "No victor, No vanquish" the victors know themselves while the vanquish also did know themselves.

OBJ never fought with the Boko Haram islamic sect all through his eight years in office. Not because they were not present but because they dare not come out with a Yoruba man on sit. Same goes for the Militants. Asari Dokubo can testify to that. People of ODI village in Bayelsa too can have a little contribution.
