Has Amaechi be convicted by any law Court? No. Alams was not only convicted by the law Court, he was jailed and don't forget that he also absconded from the U.K justice system

If that is how Amaechi intends to pursue this ministerial appointment as if it is birthright and as if he will suddenly die if not screened, I suggest the following ;

1.That the Senate suspend his screening until when the courts determined all the cases between him and the government of Rivers which by implication is the whole state.

2. Since he had mentioned some names in his petition, the screening should be suspended and the people he mentioned should be served with copies of the petition for them to respond first in the interest of Justice and fair hearing.

3. The Senate committee on public petition should conduct a public hearing into the petition while the screening of Amaechi be suspended.

Amaechi did not know that when he was doing it to GEJ, it was painful now it's payment day.

Inasmuch as I don't like saying anything about fights between these politicians, one can't but think, is Amaechi not way above the status of minister for a two term ex-governor?? why fight like this is his life? Why are we so used to this let my enemies not laugh at me mindset?
