Water is good in the body, is not possible that after eating you will not drink water. You can drink water without eating, is also sourced of energy. Water is important for the body, by drinking 3 – 4 cups of water per day. Drinking of water is good for the body, because it let the body function well from transport nutrient
and oxygen, it also help the body in the aid of digestion of food. Without water you can’t live. So we need it daily basic. Just add honey to water and mix it together and drinking, you can be confessing that how honey is healthy?

Honey is pretty good for the body. Drinking a glass of honey water that is been warm every day will increase your health and even prevent you against disease.
