You can start a conversation with anything. From asking for directions (as if you are new), to being kind (like picking something from her hair even when nothing is there). The bottom line is just don't blush. Build enough confidence. Don't be so in love. Don't imagine she's already yours even when she smiles. Google the rest. |

carbonmonoxide:Compliment her. Compliment something...hair, shoes, clothes, eye, anything...just tell her something nice. Tell her you noticed this or that and couldn't hold yourself from telling her how lovely and beautiful it is. And then when she smiles...you can say, am Harry. Then she would say...am Jane. Then you would say, can I buy you a drink...or, can I walk you to where you are going to? She might say No! But don't despair. Say something like...I would really love to get to know you beyond just your name. Can we have drinks sometime? Please ![]() If she still says No, say something like...choose the place, the venue and I'll be there. **now make sure your face looks babyish** And I hope you don't school in Uniabuja ![]() Anyway, most times the intro is where the problem usually lies. All other things fall into place after you have started the convo. Best of luck! Cc:rosalieene |

You just ask her if she sat on a pile of sugar when she looks at you confused you say "cos you have a sweet ass" If a slap follows OYO ![]() okay seriously, there's no particular way to go about chatting up a random girl... they all have different personalities and different interests so what works for A might not work for B first of all make sure you are neatly dressed and look presentable..second you should appear confident, don't go stuttering and looking downwards when you approach her look straight in the eyes "hello"..... more often than not...she'll reply "hi".... especially if you've done all that I listed ..... and that "Hi" is the "go ahead"...... If she doesn't reply (few cases) just move on you introduce yourself ....ask for her name ...department ....all that random stuff. There's no need asking for her phone number the first day you chat especially when you go to the same school and will get to see her again the convos won't be so difficult from then on |

carbonmonoxide:Why would u want to strike up a conversation with a stranger, because she is a girl? This is the problem with most young guys, they think it's a man's responsibility to engage any girl they meet on their way in a convo. After instigating a conversation and collecting her number, what next? U start pestering her, embarrassing yourself. Will her mobile number add anything meaningful to your life @ this stage? Stop compelling yourself into doing something unreasonable, when u meet someone, male or female, if there is anything worthwhile to talk about, it will come naturally. |
