Gionee M3mini bro. Its #16500. Very nice phone. Only let down is that it's 1ghz but the chipset and the gpu covers the flaws. It has android 5.1 as the software version and it has 4G LTE. Its same size as Gionee P4 and Tecno H6. The battery is 4000mah. Checkout the official thread below

@op am happy you are cutting your cloth according to size.I have told people I can't buy a phone above 30k at my current financial status.Instead I'd rather buy a cheap phone like the gionee m3 mini and use the remaining money for other things to make my life easier.Many people holding big phones can't boast of a fridge,tv or washing machine in their apartment.Its plain stupidity!
