I have a question,
Do happy people still exist in this world?
If they do please can someone show me where they live?
What they eat?
Or even what type of air they breath?

This time in history is the most challenging time to be a young unemployed or underemployed Nigerian.

I have come to realize that the harshest punishment that can be meeted to a human is not death but total isolation from other humans, and taking away of every form of purpose and sence of belonging.

It kills, it does crazy things to the mind, and it is close cousin of loneliness.

Loneliness, loneliness is one battle that every young person is fighting silently but will never admit and its killing them silently.
it is worse than physical isolatio because even in the midst of a happy crowd it is strong enough to bring a grown down.

Ofcourse many have successfully won the battle over it and are free of its murky dangerous depths where dark depressing thoughts live but compared to the huge population of young people within the age range of 20-30 the number is negligible.

Most people are always ashamed to admit to their loneliness and they try to deal with it in many ways some got to the extreme by choosing the cowards way, suicide.
I am not ashamed to admit that i am lonely, terribly lonely and the best way i can think to deal with it is talk about it maybe someone out there will be the friend that i so desparately need.

To those that feel loneliness is not real and people don't wallow in it, i want you to know that the people that feel lonely the most laugh the loudest in public at jokes that are not funny cos they know that when the crowds disperse the demons will come and all he/she will be left with will be a single lonely tear drop crawling down his sad gloomy face, an ache and a deep deep deep sence of emptiness. So give someone a hug or a pat on the back cos that might be all he or she needs to survive today.
