The key thing with noodles is that there is almost zero FIBRE content that slowly builds up into serious digestion and then general health problems.
Why would any REASONABLE, disciplined person want to go there

I ve always known this?

I found this out in my college days and was shocked to my marrow when I found out that just one pack contains more sodium than what you need for the whole day

of course then, boys dey chop 3 packs at a time with boiled egg, abi who dey chop just one pack

so 3 packs in the morning and 3 packs at night, that's like 6 times the sodium for one day, then times one week

omo remain small, pesin for don turn to pillar of salt
