A friend of mine in his early 20's told me he cannot do without masturbating a day. He has never had sex with a girl in his entire life though. Lmao...OP, na you jare. Look, habits are hard to overcome. You seem addicted to this ish. This reminds me of my cigarette ish back in the day. The only way out truly is to replace a bad habit with a good/healthier habit. If you are 13-15, it's kinda normal. But if you are above 21, mehn...you need to take immediate steps to stop now. Get yourself a girlfriend, find new hobbies and engage yourself. And the most important thing: Never do a "last one". Just stop. I remember i had to learn swimming, read more books, play more video games, start textceeing/rapping just to find something to replace the smoking ish. Now, i haven't had a smoke in five years. I even stopped alchohol last year, although i wasn't addicted to it but keep opting for a healthier lifestyle If you can be disciplined enough to stop it for three weeks to one month...would be easier to resist going forward. I will advise you get yourself busy in the lord,when you feel like masturbating change the thought and start praying.If you are determine you will overcome. I am single lady too but i discover that when i DECIDED to make JESUS my priority it is very hard for me to be lusting over anyone(although i av never masturbate in my entire life but that doesn't make me a saint either). It is you that will work out YOUR SALVATION WITH FEAR AND TREMBLING,take a step and ask Jesus for help.
