Are you sure? He was barely a year out of secondary school then. For his age grade and pls permit me to say socio-economic class, at what age do you think folks finished secondary school? Some 15, others younger, but on the average it was 16 years of age. So how is that surprising?

Did you read his post at all? Read it again, he said DJ was not 17 in 1999 because he was already managing a big band by then and he knew him well. Read it well.
