Saraki's case just showed the rot and stupidity in nigeria judiciary system. How can a criminal go to another court to stop one from probing him. He claims to be innocent, then face the charges and try proving yourself. That's the same thing Dasuki is trying to do, going to court to prove his sick and needs urgent treatment abroad. He called it urgent but he had been parading the court for about 2 months or there about, if it's really that urgent and hadn't been taken care of he should be 6feets below by now. He can choose to operate from Nigeria if he wants. He doesn't have to be in USA to operate the account. The most important thing is that it's a foreign account and operating it while holding a public office contravenes the provision of the CCB. Dino knows this and would do better to remain silent henceforth.

Big fat lie. Companies and Allied Matters Act does not permit the operation of a branch by a nonresident company, including banks. For BOA to operate in Nigeria, they need to incorporate a company, possibly a rep office.

This rep office cannot perform banking operations without a licence from CBN. So pray tell, how is it that Bank of America has a branch in Nigeria thru which Dino operates his account? And even if this was the case, does that exclude it from being a foreign account?

This goes out to all the apc politicians that used SR to oust pdp, 'don't fuçk with SR'!

Dino Melaye followed Saraki's wife to EFCC when she was invited. Dino Melaye has been following Saraki to the Code Of Conduct Tribunal since Saraki's ordeal started. Now, Dino Melaye is going to be tried by the same Code Of Conduct Tribunal for operating a foreign account. Does it mean that Dino Melaye and Saraki will be sacked from the National Assembly at around the same time and they will continue their long time friendship and be room mates at Kirikiri Minimum Security Prison? What a world!
