The court of Appeal sitting in ABUJA will today deliver Judgement on the Appeal filled by the candidate of the APC in the Rivers South East Senatorial election. Magnus Abe had approach the Appeal court praying it to set aside the earlier judgement of the Rivers State National assembly election petition tribunal which had upheld the election of Senator Olaka WOGU of the PDP |
