This is no wrong info. CBN is actually making money from this official exchange rate. Instead of 270 bank will exchange at 196 which mean you lose about N74. They can as well decide to make it N100 to a dollar as official rate which means more suffering

Moreover Jonathan built our export base with focus on agric and reduced our imports by increased local manufacturing in vehicles, textiles etc. If he did not do that we may be at N500:$ by now.
