I seriously need help.......currently weigh 105kg after child birth 2months ago.ve not started going to gym.wish to weigh 80kg next 2 months........lactating mum####.will need food diet

Am starting forever living clean 9 detox on Wednesday. I've read a lot if success stories of people losing up to 9kg in the 9days use of it. my aim is to detox and jump start my weightloss journey cos I have plenty weight to lose.

Current weight: 92kg. Height 5ft 7in. Dress Size 16. Desired long term Goal: 70kg that's about a 22kg loss in all.

Says me, from my activities you know I didn't run away nah, I used to peep in sometime ago but it was always radio silence and the human factor set in; I stopped.

So cool to hear from you,I sincerelely miss everyone, thought of pming one time but I felt maybe people were just tired of the whole thing and just zoned out.

I'm on the fitness for life train as well but my nine months course wink has placed me on a sabbatical, I'm the type that is only strong when I'm without a "companion" . The few occassions I made attempts to form voltron in my early stages, my finicky digestive system wasn't co-operative. grin.. Now I'm in my third trimester I still can't do do nothing but the occassinal waddle.

Mody girl, take good care of yourself and be strong in it all.

No workout this weekend because of TOM, it's really kicking my butts. But eating well and still in good shape, by weigh in Wednesday I hope I get something good from the diet control. Been on multivitamins.

I've been struggling to get back in the zone for the past couple of months but now I need to just do it and stop waiting for it to click in my head once again..
I'm on vacation for a week from tmrw so my goal is when i get back i will start my workout routine again. I'm thinking logging it will also help as it has done in the past.

Been Ok. Not full gear though but coming up pretty well

Yesterday

100 press ups
300 bicycle crunches(200 at a go)
100 sec +80 secs plank
some insanity work out blows

My main thing is just to make this workout/exercise malarkey just a normal part of my life and routine and not fire brigade approach when my clothes don't fit well anymore undecided

If you remember that you need less effort to maintain than to lose, then you will be more consistent.

I did 5k race and came second. Missed first by .... after just finishing typhoid treatment a day before. wink


This morning

1. 8 minutes warm with Sean T stuff
2. 100 press ups (30, 30, 40)
3. 120 reps of Sean T's core strength exercise( don't know the name
4. 3 mins 30 secs of plank(2mins, 1 min, 30 sec)
5. 360 bike crunches
miscellenous

Total: 50 minutes
