This morning, Ex-PDP chairman, Haliru Bello, arrived court in a wheelchair in Abuja for his arraignment. He is being charged with collecting, amongst others, the sum of N300 million naira from the office of the NSA, then headed by Dasuki Sambo.

Some people think it is all gimmicks, so they have taken to social media to bare their minds. One of them, a journalist named Eniola Akinkuotu wrote this on Facebook:

She is % right by what she stated above. Nigeria legal system is something I am ashamed of. Why must all of them trying to say they needed to travel for medical check up? When they were stealing the money, they never for one day fail sick.Even Deziani that was bubbling here everyday when Jonathan and herself were ruling this nation, never was sick and immediately a case of fraud and looting was established, she now removed her hair and started saying she was sick.

They should not worry. The sickness will be following them.

If the man like, let him come to the court while inside bucket or wheelbarrow, he should be sent to jail.

End time wheel chair ex-minister! Indeed, association of cripples will be happy to make him their new chairman, so that they can reap the dividend of Buhari's anti corruption drive!

I agree in totality
I was surprised when I first read the news, they'd better upgrade their lies and start coming to court in caskets. Even then, they shall be properly punished. #GoHarderBuhari

are they guilty? Or assumed guilty cuz apc wants them to be guilty. Wait untill d court says so n I am very sure if one of them were related to you u wount b sounding like this. If buhari wants to fight corruption he should come up with anti corruption policies. In d nas schools ministries ports etc not this wild goose chase. Corruption dint make deziani sick. If she had cancer its cuz d cancer chose a time like this to surface afterall dora died of cancer. Politicians are not saints even buhari n y havnt d efcc arrested buhari for d cars he collected?
