This morning, Ex-PDP chairman, Haliru Bello, arrived court in a wheelchair in Abuja for his arraignment. He is being charged with collecting, amongst others, the sum of N300 million naira from the office of the NSA, then headed by Dasuki Sambo.

By the way, the re-arresting of those granted bail to answer new charges is not illegal. At best, you can say its unfair but its not illegal.

This is what many people do not understand. The moment you get bail for laundering N5M, If I present new evidences for another N10M you launder, then I have the right to arrest you afresh to face the new charges. Simple!
