Like I said in a earlier post, wasting the time of the court and asking a Judge to recuse himself from a case will anger subsequent Judges even if they are of the same mother. All a smart prosecutor will do is pull every card at his disposal to ensure the case is transferred to a tougher Judge. Mr.Kanu is in deep doo doo.

They prefer noise and hand-twisting to using brain power to prosecute suspects. I always believe that their litany of legal degrees is just for office decoration and nothing more.
