Help! My Thighs Rub Each Other And It Hurts by Nobody: 9:47pm On Jan 20, 2016

I suspect i'm adding weight (lord have mercy)

I am a size 10, but recently before fasting began, when I wear skirts, there is friction between my thighs thereby disturbing my cat walk.

Someone said I should rub powder, but powder cannot work for long, another said I should wear tights, but damn, I hate those things. Then someone says I should wear only trousers. I like trousers but prefers skirts to showcase my legs.

Any other ideas?

Of coz, OP doesn't need any surgery; just work out a bit if you wanna lose weight, size 10 isn't obese.

use anti fungus/bacteria creams. your thighs,they are irritated by the heat and are kinda infected. try to stay dry and apply some of the earlier stated.

Awwwwwww,sorry.!it can be very painful.talking from experience.back then I use mycoten cream or ytacan,shea butter (ori)too 's cool.powder is best applicable when u want to sleep in d night. If possible get prickly heat powder cos of the soothing effect of the menthol..open ur legs wide under d fan or AC u'l sleep well..*winks*.lastly I think wearing of trousers that is your perfect size helps.. I no longer have it like I used to back then...also always let air blow in between your thighs especially this heat period..i hope this helps..,pele.
