Someone should explain to me if he meets the bail condition for the previous case in which he was charged, will he be released or will EFCC claim that they have rearrested him again for this case. Lets someone with more knowledge clear this up now before it generates another controversy.

The right question to ask is this: did he destroy the evidence against him? This is a new charge, different from the others that are now pending in court. Legally speaking, though he has been granted bail in the other charges, he could still be held by the EFCC as this one is totally different. A person that was granted bail for rape, could still be charged and held for forgery till a court give him another bail.
