Radio Biafra director and leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, has arrived the Federal High Court Abuja for consideration of his bail application.

Kanu was earlier arraigned Kanu before Justice Ahmed Mohammed of the same court by the Department of State Service, DSS, on a six count charge of treasonable felony, but Kanu had expressed his reservation for the Judge, saying he has no confidence in him.

Following his vote of no confidence on thejudge, the matter was transferred to Justice John Tsoho who adjourned the matter till today for ruling on Kanu’s bail application.

If boko haram leaders where put in proper check when they were still only 'inciting to violence,' we wouldn't have had the sorry situation we have today where over 20,000 souls have been taken by the beasts. Anytime I see this man in court I keep wondering how he managed to brainwash his online supporters to believe he's one untouchable god who can never be arrested let alone spending a day in detention. I hope the director has learnt his lesson, dont dare the govt, dont start what you cant finish, dont incite people to die for a baseless cause. This is Nigeria not a zoo. Sorry bro, a person cannot be jailed for a crime they are 'talking' about commiting. A person can only be jailed for what they have already commited. So until anyone dies or is killed on Kanu's orders, kanu cannot be charged for a crime that is yet to happen. The case against him is baseless
