This man should be released immediately.

He has not killed anyone neither has he bombed anywhere, why detain him against court orders?

Buhari should set good examples for others to follow in this country.
against which court order?

But he's threatening to kill people and bomb places, so now won't you agree that he has to be kept under lock and key so that innocent people don't get killed? You or someone you love could even end up being a casualty of the bomb, who knows; bombs don't check for First and Last names. So, you see now why he has to be kept away for the safety of the public?

Explain further and give us examples of who has been jailed jailed for talking about a crime they never went ahead to commit.

When I worked in the D.A's office, I prosecuted a woman once, you want to know her crime? She solicited someone to kill her husband. What she did not know was that the person she was talking to was an undercover officer. She was subsequently arrested, charged, tried and convicted of Solicitation of murder.

If she hadn't been arrested and had spoken to a real hired killer, her husband would be dead today.

Lies of hypocrisy to divert attention from the very obvious! If you are not confused post such credible evidences to prove your silly assertions.

The real threats are Boko Haram, Fulani herdsmen, Agberos and your do-or-die politicians. How many of them have you seen in court?

It's only hypocritical bigots who feel it's right for other people to threaten violence, carry it out and go scot free, but not okay for someone else with no evidence of violence linked to him.

A number of your preferred personalities who committed outright treasonable acts are still parading freely in the streets. Some of them were rewarded with political posts in Abuja.

Some killed 450 youth coppers in Kano and Kaduna and burned people’s offices and cars when GEJ was declared winner in 2011.
You and your ilks have sacrificed and still sacrificing millions of people to perpetuate a fraudulent union and satisfy your wicked gods.

FYI, NK came to take the struggle to international level and he has succeeded in doing that.

Jokers. Do you know how many Nigerians say they are going to kill someone on a daily basis? Everyone is saying such on the streets, in markets even in schools. Nigerians use threatening language all the time. Why do you think that nobody had ever been arrested and prosecuted for saying they going to killl someone? Because the constitution allows us all to say whatever we want to say. It is when we translate what we say to action that we break the law. Do you know how many gangster rap musicians talk about killing people, shooting people, murdering people and about commiting serious crimes on their music? The even sell this music to the public. Why do you think that no rapper has ever been arrested for what they say. Freedom of speech allows us all to say anything including saying we are going to keep kill someone
Nnamdi Kanu Is a public figure with influence so his case is different.

He chooses to use his influence to stir up mayhem and that's why his utterances are taken serious.

But that is different from what Kanu did! Kanu didn't go and meet anyone to have anyone killed. I'm also sure that for your office to have prosecuted this woman, she must have been shown to have directly induced the killing of her husband by providing weapons or money, information etc. That is active participation in a murder plan. But if Kanu says on his radio station that certain people should be killed, that is just personal opinion, not an order. The difference is that he has not yet "actively" participated in the crime beyond mere 'words' and as such, his freedom of speech protects him. Wishing a person or a people death might be a bad thing, but it is not a crime in any court of law.

If boko haram leaders where put in proper check when they were still only 'inciting to violence,' we wouldn't have had the sorry situation we have today where over 20,000 souls have been taken by the beasts. No serious country which cares about its
security would sit back and allow an individual to incite people, his very many faithful followers to violence.

Kanu and IPOB are fighting for a well defined course - a secession, please tell, what course were/are the Boko Haram sect fighting for?

What Nnamdi Kanu did was actually worse: he was inducing war, terror and mass genocide. He wanted to mobilize an army of likeminded people and he almost succeeded. He was calling on millions to wage war and he used hate speech which cannot reasonably be covered under the constitution. The husband of the lady in my story wasn't killed, please read the story again, it is similar to what Nnamdi Kanu is in trouble for.

I think you are the jjc here. The magistrate court had no jurisprudence to entertain the case, so whatever bail it granted the young man is null and void. I'm sure you know the FG withdrew the case from there. And at high court , he failed to meet the bail conditions. So what are you saying?

JJC, who took NK to the so-called court, after abducting him for days wothout charge, that made you lots change the charges at will to your shame and chagrin?

Your hypocrisy of rants is simply to exonerate the executive from lawlessness which is tantamount to a deliberate violation of the Constitution.

Silly lies of hypocrisy to divert attention from the very obvious!

What efforts have you and your elites done to arrest and sentence the marauding herdsmen killing and maiming villagers and farmers for many decades now?

Who have you and your fellow hypocrites prosecuted and sentenced for propagating despicable, hate speeches in mosques and still execute the unconscionable, cold-hearted waste of human lives and reckless destruction of means of livelihoods for many decades now?

Quench your mischievousness with these attricious acts of your cohorts:

1* “We do not want our Southern neighbours to interfere in our development. We have never associated ourselves with the activities of these
people. We do not know them, we do not
recognize them, and we share no responsibility in their actions. We shall demand our rights when the time is ripe. If the British quit Nigeria now at this
stage, the Northern people would continue their uninterrupted conquest to the sea”. - Sir Tafawa Balewa (1947)

2* “We the people of the North will continue our stated intention to conquer the South and to dip the Koran in the Atlantic ocean after the British leave our shores.” - Sir Ahmadu Bello (1957)

3* "The new nation called Nigeria should be an estate of our great grand father, Othman Danfodio. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. We must use minorities in the North as willing tools and South as conquered territories and never allow them to rule over us or have control over their future"
- Sir Ahmadu Bello, October 12,  1960

Ahmadu Bello, arrogantly uttered the aforementioned statement in a multicultural and multi-religious country and got away with it, and many bigots still hold him in high esteem and even shove it down the throats of other people.

4*

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_WSosECbcmM

5*...barely six months after independence, Sir Ahmadu Bello was able to say with confidence in the Daily Times of May 3, 1961, the following:
“I’m set and fully armed, to conquer the Action Group, AG, in the same ruthless manner as my grandfather conquered Alkalawa, a town in Sokoto province, during the last century.”

6*...sometime in 2010, when upon the demise of President Umaru Y'Ardua, indications emerged that his erstwhile deputy, President Goodluck Jonathan, may contest the 2011 presidential election, a prominent chieftain of this same ACF, Lawal Kaita, who was a former Governor of old Kaduna State, threatened that the North would make Nigeria ungovernable, should Jonathan or anyone from the South win the 2011 presidential election, claiming that such would amount to denying the North it's birthright of ruling Nigeria.

7* It is in the same North barbaric statements like this were uttered in 2011: ”BABOON AND DOG WILL BE SOAKED IN BLOOD”. And what was the outcome - carnage and murder of many Southerners and Christians in the North, including many Youth Corps members when Buhari lost the 2011 presidential election?

8* That true to that threat, upon the victory of Jonathan from the 2011 presidential election, massive violence was unleashed from the North by a group which called itself Boko Haram and which repeatedly took responsibility for unending mayhem which began with the killing of Youth Corp members who worked ad-hoc for INEC in that election.

9* As the barbaric killings and destructions reigned, especially with the attack by Boko Haram on the UN Building and Force Headquarters in Abuja, the Lower Niger Congress publicly posited that the nexus between the aforementioned threat by ACF's, Lawal Kaita and the Boko Haram's bloody campaigns summarily destroyed any prospects for keeping the Nigeria Union.

10* "It was, therefore, no surprise that in October 2013, following the bold announcement by President Jonathan, presenting the sudden prospect of revisiting the master-servant constitutional arrangements of Nigeria infuriated the warmongering born-to-rule Caliphate whose cause was championed by the same ACF, and who, supported by their allies from the renegade wing of the Yoruba Southwest,  launched a vicious, frontal attack on the initiative, teaming on the floor of the Conference into a majority, and driving the Conference into its first major decision, i.e. NOT TO DISCUSS THE TERMS OF NIGERIA'S UNITY. The rest of the Conference was a jamboree that provided a luxurious platform for the North/SW Alliance, parading itself as a new political party named APC, to fine-tune their violent March to the do-or-die 2015 general elections."

Violence is violence, hate is hate and sociopathic behaviour is sociopathic behaviour. In this context, it is not the cause you are fighting for that matters, it is HOW you go about fighting for the cause that we are talking about.

You can't just come on air and continue to preach hate hate hate hate hate against other tribes of Nigeria, threatening to wage war against a sovereign state, threatening that he and his followers would kill every single living soul in Nigeria, claiming that he has gathered enough arms to prosecute a devastating war against a sovereign state and even tasking his followers to specifically kill Yorubas and Hausas in the south east of Nigeria. Bro, it is only a matter of time before some of these sociopathic traits and gestures begins to manifest into street mayhem. This is how most out-of-control antisocial groups started and it is only a stupid ineffectual government that would sit back and wait until calamity commences before they take action.

Now you may wonder why I am so passionate about this, it's because it is my own people that are involved here. The man Kanu has successfully twisted the psyche of the average Igbo youth to begin to reason like sociopaths. It's okay and acceptable for one person to be mad in a society, but when this one mad person is successful in inflicting his madness on millions, then that calls for serious concern. Imagine Kanu stating that if 2million Igbos died in the previous civil war, that we should be ready to lose 6-8million in the war he is about to wage, being a price for freedom. And with such statements hovering in the air, we have youths cheering him on. If any right thinking adult is not disturbed by such assertions, then there is really something wrong.

Lies of hypocrisy to divert attention from the very obvious!

Provide and prove that your silly allegations against NK are weightier than the xenophobic threat by your lagoon crooner or those your political jobbers that threatened to form parallel government and make the country ungovernable or the baboon and dog would be soaked in blood that led to killing of thousands. You mean those muderers and their wicked sponsors are not worth being prosecuted and hanged?

You mean the hate speeches being preached in the Northern mosques and the unconscionable, cold-hearted waste of human lives and reckless destruction of means of livelihoods going on for decades in the North are nothing to you?

When NK was in UK, the song from charlatans was that Kanu was a fraud for staying in the comfort of his home in UK to shout BFR, while he allows Igbo youths to die for BFR in the hands of Nigerian police and military.

Since NK came to Nigeria to lead the struggle himself, yet again the tune from these hypocrites have changed.

Uwazuruike fought a peaceful fight and preached peace, his MASSOB members were arrested, killed and tortured by Nigerian security forces while the confused charlatans laughed the Igbos and cheered the muderers as they used armless Igbo youths for shooting practice.

None of the notorious history distortionists and ranters came in defence of the innocent Igbo youths massacred; they were glad that Igbos were killed and even hailed OBJ when Uwazuruike was arrested for his peaceful demand for BFR.

Now shameless bigots want the world to believe that their grouse with NK is not about his agitation for BFR, but about his non-peaceful approach. Till date NK or his people cannot be accused of killing any Nigerian while many innocent people are still being sacrificed on the evil altar of 'One Nigeria' by your Islamic jihadists and marauders.

How many of the modern day hypocrites gave support to Uwazuruike's Ghandi methods? None. Uwazuruike met the same hatred at their hands.

The Business Venture of Lord Lugard being supervised by the Islamic Fulani-led fiefdom, maintained by Hausa born-to-rule hegemony and oiled by Yoruba propaganda and lies is moribund already.

The 102 years of existence is a testament to that verdict. And Igbos are not willing to self-destruct with you!

You and your ilks should stop running amok on every media page with anti-BFR slogans to the extent of claiming to be Igbos and Niger-deltans to be able to market your wicked propaganda and lies.

Instead of you and your cohorts shamelessly making a living by pay-per-post to attempt to quench BFR struggle you should go find yourselves an idea you can live and die for!

Wake up from your slumber the ship has already sailed away and your wishful thoughts can't do anything to stop a tsunamic movement...
