Okay. True that. I usually socialize with my small circle of friends when I am lonely. But from where I work through the week, I don't talk to anyone there. I guess that's why I get lonely during the week, and on weekends that I don't go to where my friends are.

got no problem,i see maslf clearly when alone,the problem is depression, prolong loneliness easily leads to depression, cause the mind at that period is conscious and intense,as the saying goes "still water runz deep". The clearer yhu see yhurself through yhur own consciousness the clearer or more obvious yhur prpblems/imperfections become.

But if yhur an introvert like maslf,yhud know that aint exactly as easy as it sounds, and besides most times people bore me.

-engage in yhur hobbies
Stuff yhu love to do yhur passion, leisure activity, i drew/paint, write stories, daydream,i engage my imagination alot.

-contemplate /think
There are days yhu wont be able to hear yhurself think, or get yhurself alone to yhur thoughts,so cherish yhur loneliness and engage yhur thoughts,think,contemplate ,plan,retrace yhur past etc.


Psychology says loneliness itself isnt actually a problem but a symptom of an underlying problem,its the major reason depression creeps in when yhur lonely,cause at such moments,the mind is susceptive to its own self,as da yoruba saying goes,the ant thatt eats the leave ,is inside the leave itself.

YHU MIGHT WANNA CONSIDER WHY YHU LONELY,THE MAJOR REASON FOR YHUR LONELINESS/DEPRESSION.
