he never praised south Korea anywhere.
he was saying that we shouldn't attribute our economic, social and technological woes to Religion, Christianity in particular.
South Korea's church is meters away from their government building yet they are developed while our own is far away from seat of government yet we're undeveloped
hence underdevelopment is not due to religious dedication
