Quitting masturbation is quite difficult but it's attainable. You need self discipline, determination & resilience to quit it. To be truthful, praying alone will not stop it, rather you need to condition your body, soul & mind to stop it forever.
Here are the advantages u will get when u stop masturbating:
1. You get to have a great amount of strength build up in your body. Excess masturbation reduces the strength, health & performance in males.

2. Your skin will become clearer, smoother & glowing unlike before.

3. You will see the need to actually be in a romantic relationship with the opposite sex instead of ejaculating & wasting your 'seeds' on your own.

4. You will have a boost in your thinking, communication & brain usage.

5. You will have self-control & discipline over your emotions.

NB: To stop this habit, try to keep away from every sexually related articles, movies, shows, discussions etc. It will help u greatly.

God didnt send His son to die because we were righteous (Rom 5:, He came because of weak people like u & me....that we might be free. every human is struggling with one thing or the other....but pride and shame will not allow some to admit this. To stop mastubation, you need to make a conscious effort....what you should do include:

1. FILL YOURSELF UP WITH THE WORD OF GOD DAILY. not just reading.....I mean you study THE WORD AND ACT ON WHAT IT SAYS.
2. PRAY ALWAYS ABOUT IT.... that God should deliver you...because only He can do it....it is not by power nor by might but by His spirit. Zech 4:6. paul said in Rom 7:19 for i do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do...this I keep doing. verse 24 says what a wretched man I am! who will save me from this body that is subject to death? he went further & said BUT THANKS BE TO GOD WHO DELIVERS ME THROUGJ JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD...
3. like u were adviced ealier...stay away from any form of porn, paters, games, sitea, media, etc.
4. Associate with GENUINE CHRISTIANS, & stay away from those that can possibly influence u negatively.
