This free health service has been on ground since the time of GEJ. It is not new. Many people benefited through primary health centers. I took hepatitis vaccine in one of the primary centers for free which would have cost me #15k or more.

People will start hailing Buhari as the best thing to happen to Nigeria since fried plantain

FYI, this scheme has been on ground for a long time. There are just expanding the programme and masking it as a new development. Until the budget is passed. Nothing will move.

"Free healthcare"? How is it going to be paid for?

A serious government would have prioritised health insurance instead.

How will this be achieved? how will the government fund this?

How the FG pay for the drugs, doctors and equipment to be used by these PHC's?

Before we start to jump for joy lets ask how the FG intends to achieve this, saying you will or may doesn't mean anything these days.

If there is a Journalist that has this ministers ear please ask him how he intends to achieve this.

This is why we will never ever move forward in Nigeria, you see a very silly comment coming from a very silly Govt and you believe it and happy,? look at America, how many years did it take them to get the free health care(Obama Care)? In the UK the true free health care are Emergencies, most you have to pay for the medicines. We cannot even pay Doctors and Nurses properly let alone give Nigerians free health care, unless they are talking of it happening in 60 years ti me .
