Things we consume are the main reason why we add weight, some other reasons could be not burning the necessary amount of calories our body needed to burn; reasons could be poor body metabolism or not doing the basic daily exercise like walking. Etc

Body metabolism plays a major role here, because it converts what you eat and drink into energy, and when this energy are not properly utilize, it then stores in the body as fats.

Here are the tips to help you lose weight fast.

1. STAY WITH YOUR BALANCE DIET
Most people believe that eating as few calories as possible is the best solution to lose weight, well; this assumption is wrong because, when you do that your body will lose muscle mass which will lead to a decrease in the rate of your body metabolism and can also lead to increase in nutritional deficiencies.
When there is decrease in the rate of your body metabolism, then the rate at which your body burns fats drops to conserve the fuel it got, which is a very important aspect in the body.

Instead of cutting intake of calories like crazy, stick to your balance diet, so that your body metabolism will get all necessary nutrient it needs to work properly, and when it’s working properly, your body burns extra calories.

2. DRINK MAINLY WATER
Drink plenty of water daily; the first thing you do as soon as you wake up should be drinking of 1.5liters of water, then take 0.75liters of water during the day and 0.75 at nights. It will be very hard to stick to it, but believe me, it worth it.

Water has zero calories and little to no sodium, making it the perfect slim-down drink. And strangely, it actually helps flush out excess water weight as well as jump-starts your metabolism. If it's just too boring, add lemon to it, it’s much better.

Sports or energy drink, fruit smoothie soft drinks, or light beer — each serving contains about 100 calories and may be high in sodium and carbohydrates, which trick your body into retaining water, the not good for you.

3. REDUCE THE INTAKE OF WHITE BREAD/RICE
By cutting low the intake of all white grain products such as white rice, spaghetti, indomie, shawama. Etc will instantly slim you down because the simple carbohydrate in these foods cause bloating, especially around your belly. "Simple carbohydrates wreak havoc on your weight because they're digested very quickly, leaving you hungry and more likely to overeat later," says Jana Klauer, M.D., author of The Park Avenue Nutritionist's Plan.

Instead of replacing them with healthier yet still bloat-triggering whole-grain bread products, blend them with vegetables; when you want to eat rice or spaghetti, mix it with salad without salad cream. Instead of taking chicken sandwich, go for chicken salad and chips and dip turn into carrots and dip.

Complex carbohydrate blend with vegetables are digested more slowly, so you remain full longer. And because veggies are mostly water, they also help flush out excess water weight.

4. USE VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
It is very advisable to use virgin olive oil; because it a healthy monounsaturated oil with low or no cholesterol level, it also helps in battling some diseases such as cancer and brain deterioration.

Virgin olive oil is the best oil to use if you really want to lose weight, it is the right kind of fats and oil which helps to quash hunger, maximize your metabolism, and speed nutrients through your body.

5. SLEEP MORE AT NIGHTS
Try to get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. A recent study from case western reserve university found that, on average women who sleep for 5 hours or less per night are 32% more likely to gain weight and 15% more likely to be obese than those who get at least 7 hours.

That extra half an hour, whether you sleep 5 hours or 8, can refresh you enough that you will make better food choices (in other words, no quick sugar fix for breakfast in search of energy) also boosts your metabolism.

What if I only want to loose weight around my stomach?
To lose weight around your stomach, eat less, but at intervals, don't skip meals, don't eat late, reduce the amount at which you consume white bread/rice or pastas, drink plenty of water and engage more on physical exercises for abdomen.
