This looks like blackmail by the FG in their power play against the party. What is obvious is that the President is in a battle for power against the ruling party. Just another reason to paint the President in good light.

You're thinking my broda. Another angle is that the president may actually be funding the party by proxy but they come out to deflect, draw our sympathy, make us believe that they are a decent party and at the same time paint the President in glowing colours. Anyhow you look at it , it's another propaganda. it's a win-win for them.

Wailers must wail even if they don't know what they're wailing about, shame! The president is refusing to pour more money into the party due to the nation's economic hardship, this is a good move considering the party wasted 7bn during campaigns and are now struggling to raise funds. Would wailers have preferred the president inject more money into the party while the masses continue to suffer? It's better to give praise to whom it's due than to drown in a pool of baseless criticism!

Methus case is not about pdp money but Nigeria money. Money claimed to have been budgeted for security especially boko haram, but diverted and satanically squandered by boko haram sympathisers. Already pdp has has been in mire since late last year when staff have been demonstrating lack of salary. Buhari has no time for that now.

Unless they stole money to fund the elections, I see no reason their stream of income will suddenly disappear after wining the elections. I think they should even be richer now as a party, since there's no more big campaign spending.

Meanwhile, this news is a ruse to brainwash the masses about their huge resources.

Hmmm....so it is only Federal funds the EFCC goes after. What about Yahoo boys. Do they steal government funds. What about the Ricky Tarfa case. Was it about government. Some APC fanatics have taken sabatical to work in the bakery, busy sugar coating stuff. Abeg just be quiet.
