Even american man cant afford it even if he's rich because is expensive only those who are extremely rich like their celebrities can afford it. I live there so I know. It takes them 40yrs or more to pay off a normal house talkless of a crib. But wizkid is also rich he can afford it, I ain't hating d guy is rich. I get your point fully and yes, you reminded me that houses are paid through mortgages but seriously even with a mortgage, I sincerely doubt wiz kid can afford to pay off $10 million , ie. N3 billion naira house debt.
